Sizes run 10 oz for spirits and wine, 16 oz for a standard pour, and 20 oz for when a pint isn't enough.
The only real decision is how long you need it to hold temperature, and how much you're carrying: reach for a Craft cup if you want it cold in three hours, a Session cup if you're drinking it in the next twenty minutes.
