In the spirit of St Patricks Day we have created a special irish coffee for the DrinkTanks Cocktail Class. Below is our take on the Irish Coffee. Cheers
- 1 Cup freshly brewed coffee
- 1 Tbsp Brown Sugar
- 1.5 oz Irish Whisky
- Heavy Cream, Slightly Whipped
- 1 Tbsp Cinnamon
Pour Coffee into cup until it is about 3/4 full. Add the brown sugar and stir until dissolved. Blend in Irish Whisky. Top with a collar of whipped cream by pouring gently over back of spoon. Sprinkle cinnamon over cream. Serve hot in a Craft Pint Cup.
